Firstly, wood veneers are put together and hot press 1 time.
After that, the assembled core goes through the sanding machine which can remove any rough surface area.
Then, the plywood goes through the glue pressing machine and assembles face back veneer. At the end, it comes again into hot press machine and become a finished commercial plywood sheet.
Commercial plywood for furniture
Commercial plywood for furniture is a little different from commercial plywood for packing. First is commercial plywood for furniture use lightwood core veneer for whiter and better visual.
Second is after going into hot press machine for the 2nd time, plywood sheet also goes into sanding machine one more time to ensure the perfect smooth surface.
