    The manufacturing process of LVL planks

    Type 1: LVL sanding 2 times for furniture parts.

    We specially use all A grade local wood veneer for this product. Vietnam local wood species which made LVL look bright white and eye catching.

    Type 2: LVL no sanding grade for packing.

    This product is widely used in packaging industry. It now replace sawn timber thanks to many great factor such as:

    >>>>> Can be reused up to 5 times.
    >>>>> Custom cut size as requirement.

     

    The core is made from mixed hardwood to increase LVL’s strength for more heavy duty packaging purpose.
